Returns & Refund Policy

At DERMEDA, we always want you to have the best possible experience when you shop online at dermeda.com.

We accept returns for unused items purchased on the website at dermeda.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a full refund (to your credit or debit card account only) or exchange providing those goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase

If your order contains a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product, your refund will not be processed.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning product to us is the purchasers. However, should you choose to exchange your product we will re-ship at our cost.

How to return

STEP 1 Please contact us at info@dermeda.com. Note your name, phone number, order ID number and advise us that you wish to return your goods. We need to know whether you wish a refund or an exchange and provide us with your reason for returning the goods (damage / defective / incorrect items).

STEP 2 Should your items have arrived damaged, or something has gone wrong, please supply also photos in the email.

STEP 3 Once your issue has been reviewed, a member of our customers service will contact you.

STEP 4 In case you’re sending products back, please ensure that the goods you are returning are in their original packaging, and are then wrapped securely, and for your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. Ensure that you have enclosed your name, address and order ID number with your returned products and send to: Dermeda Ltd, 166, Weggery Drive, Waikanae 5036

What to do if you experience a skin reaction?

If you experience a skin reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us.

In the rare case of an allergic reaction, we are happy to accept the product’s return and eighter exchange it for an alternative, more suitable product or refund you.

Please provide us with a photo of the reaction, product details (name, batch number and expiry date) and proof of purchase.
